Event Planning

Event
Planning - Planning for an event is an exercise in preparing
for the best, but being ready for the worst for when
the unexpected occurs. This is where the experience of catering
service matters most. Many events are once in a life time - retirement
celebrations, wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, ground breaking
ceremonies, 50th anniversary celebrations, etc. - only occur once
in a life time. When things go as planned - GREAT, but when the
power goes out, the beverage service is late, the wind picks up,
who do you turn to?
Tell us what you want to happen, listen to our
suggestions, and then let us take care of everything...

Event
Staffing - Rebecca's IS it's staff - and we take great pride
in our ability to ensure your event goes as planned. For every event,
we STRIVE to exceed your expectations. In situations where an expertise
is required that we don't have on our regular payroll, odds are
we have several resources available that we TRUST and we stand accountable
for their work.
In helping you plan your event, try to think of everything. Below
