Rebecca's Culinary Staff
 Rebecca's
Catering service is owned and operated by Brad Klieve and his mother
Rebecca Watts.
Brad has been in the restaurant business for more than 15 years
and Rebecca in the catering business for most of her life. Brad
spent his first years of his restaurant career in the Columbia area
and spent the next several years working at Cafe Europa on Hilton
Head Island, SC and then continuing to work in the restaurant field
in South Florida before returning to South Carolina.
Between Brad and Rebecca, every detail of preparation is personally
overseen for each carefully planned catered event.
Rebecca's
specializes in freshly prepared items with a southern gourmet flair.
All menu items are prepared "from scratch" with no detail
overlooked.
Rebeccas
employs a catering team that is well seasoned in the field of hospitality.
Many of our staff members have been in our family since we first
opened our doors. Everyone on staff, from the site directors, decorators,
event planners to the bartenders, carving staff and serving staff
will treat your guests as if they are entertaining in their own
home with the care and pride that should be offered with every detail.
Whether it is a small intimate dinner in your home, a picnic at
your lakeside retreat, a formal rehearsal dinner, or that once in
a lifetime wedding-no detail shall be to small for our staff to
overlook. We can offer full floral services or recommend an offsite
florist, which also meets our high goal of quality and presentation.
For
larger events we usually require more advanced planning for staffing
and details of the venue so that the event can go exactly as planned
by the host.
Rebeccas
can recommend a select group of highly qualified bakers to handle
your wedding cake with our chefs guiding you through all choices.
Our experienced culinary staff can handle all other pastries.
